Step 1:
Go to the main RentCafe Login page and log in using your credentials and hit “Sign In”
Step 2:
Click or tap the three lines in the top left corner (1) and scroll down to select “Maintenance Request” (2).
Step 3:
Fill out the fields to the best of your ability. Add photos or other attachments if they will help with documentation or diagnosis.
Please note, an “emergency” priority would be a situation where there is water leaking, a strong natural gas smell, a fire, or anything that is or could soon become a danger to tenants.

Step 4:
After submitting your maintenance request, you will receive a confirmation email. We then request that you send a text message to the BCG business line at 773-207-4787 letting us know about the situation/submission.
The team will then let you know when we expect to have a solution in place and coordinate access to your unit.
